Task 1.

Each of Corporation A's two businesses can be summarized as follows:
Business A: The business is quite young, it is at the stage of developing the market for goods based on the latest technologies. The search for new consumers of its innovative products is being actively pursued. The sales volume is growing fast enough, but there is no tangible profit yet. Cash flow is negative as the firm invests cash in the development of this type of business.
Regardless of the behavior of its competitors, this type of business itself chooses strategies of behavior in the market, since it has certain advantages over competitors, the relative market share is quite high, but the business does not yet have an absolute advantage in the market.
Business B: Buyers are gradually losing interest in the products of this business, as business products are pushed out of the market by more advanced and innovative products of business A. There is a noticeable drop in demand, a decrease in the number of competitors and a narrowing of the range of products. As a result, the business has practically no important resources to maintain it; it has a number of weaknesses that prevent it from bringing tangible profits to Corporation A.

Using this information
A) determine the stages of maturity and competitive positions of these industries of Corporation A;
B) determine the position of each type of business on the matrix of the ADL / LC model;
C) make a "natural choice" of development strategy for each business in accordance with its position on the matrix;

Task 2.
You learned that the starting point in the strategy development process is to analyze the strategic factors of the business environment.
Based on the studied material, as well as using sources of additional literature, make a list of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization (enterprise), with the activities of which you are familiar, as well as a list of specific opportunities and threats that exist or are just emerging in the environment of this organization.

Task 3.
Dairy Plant "Zdorovye" produces dairy products. The plant's products are in demand, and the management plans to increase production volumes in the reporting year, as well as expand the range of dairy products. As part of this, the School Milk program continues to develop, as well as technical improvement of production facilities.
Since this year, the company has implemented a new project "Tetra Fino Aseptic", in accordance with which a new packaging line has been put into operation. This extends the shelf life of dairy products up to 30 days.

Based on the available data, suggest some activities to help improve:
A) the marketing policy of the enterprise;
B) communication policy.
