I bring to your attention the FOREX-DT ver.1.0 advisor, which does not use indicators in its work. Does not use hedging and martigale methods. It uses a hard stop-loss, which is modified only in the direction of profit, profit is also fixed by stop-loss. The EA is based on the Japanese candlestick analysis method.
The Expert Advisor was created and tested in December 2008, but as you can see from the second figure, it is profitable for the next 5 months.
