Content of an individual assignment
1st stage of internship (4th semester):
Pass a briefing on familiarization with the requirements of labor protection, safety, fire safety, as well as the rules of internal labor regulations.
Familiarize yourself with the management structure in the organization (institution, enterprise, commercial bank), familiarity with its main departments.
Make a general description of the enterprise (organization) - name, location, status.
To study the activities of the enterprise (organization), the block diagram of the functioning of divisions, services and departments, their management.
Prepare a report on the completion of an internship, including the following annexes: (copies of documents) charter, functional duties of employees (selectively), a brief description of the enterprise, an analytical note containing conclusions and proposals for improving the organizational structure of the enterprise.
- Reflect in the analytical note:
• analysis of the organizational structure of the enterprise;
• analysis of the personnel structure of the enterprise;
• analysis of the effectiveness of management activities;
• analysis of the functioning of individual units.
