Description
Posthumous mystery of the Romanov dynasty in a historical detective novel
the famous Petersburg writer Nikolai Volynsky. About the secret
disappearance of Emperor Nicholas II, his family and servants. New,
sometimes shocking, materials of a historical investigation, evidence and
evidence.
"The book of Nikolai Volynsky is completely atypical for literature
modern Russia. She has no savor of violence, no blood flows,
no pornography, without which the current writers of ton-kilometers of texts,
which they call books, they cannot manage - for them, perhaps, it is
the only way to attract readers, more specifically, buyers. On the contrary
same, with its simple, but at the same time graceful style, magnificent
Russian language, dramatic narrative "The Legacy of the last
Emperor "makes us remember the great Russian literature
XIX-XX centuries ... "

A wonderful thing! The dialogues of many heroes - both modern and pre-revolutionary - are simply a masterpiece, despite the black exaggerated humor ... right up to the famous "Russian rumors" - how similar it is to our criminal-pseudo-capitalist state!
The Moscow revelations of our pseudo-democrats, who in fact turned out to be thieves and murderers, are stunning and uttered as never before. The transition from the beautiful Russian language of the nineteenth century to the modern language of our "new" Russians, who jumped off the prison bunks in the early 90s, is magnificent.
The author's excellent knowledge of historical material, both pre-revolutionary and modern, is evident, skillfully intertwined with subtle artistic fiction and millennial “Russian mentality” (especially in colloquial speech, up to all members of the royal family). And the portraits of Yeltsin, Gorbachev, Sobchak, Chubais, Nevzorov, Nemtsov and many other contemporary historical figures are true masterpieces of literary and artistic art!

I never doubted that there are no big and small people in the World - in this we are all the same (especially in the sense of the repetition of our biographies after 60 years).

I was also well aware that the literary "foam" that has been ruling in Russia for two decades (in the form of dynastic authors, publishers, publishing houses, etc., releasing their millions of "masterpieces", initiating us into personal dressing rooms, culinary, criminal and other "snot", from which "only the rich cry" - I beg your pardon for such an "exquisite" comparison), finally, it will begin to "wash away", and real literary masters, wonderful writers of Russia, will emerge from the shadows - as you can see, for real writers such as N. Volynsky, time was not in vain, and they managed to hone their wonderful works with pleasure. And as you well know: the greatest works are written (both in prose and in poetry) in the most difficult times. Right
