1. Theoretical aspects of cost accounting and calculating the cost of finished products.

In countries with developed market economies, accounting for production costs and calculating the cost of production are allocated to management accounting, designed to provide information for managing the cost of production to specialists and the administration of the organization and its divisions.
The cost of a product is the cost of production and sale, expressed in monetary terms.
N.P. Kondrakov defines costs as the cost of resources used for certain purposes. In this definition, 3 points should be highlighted:
- costs are determined by the amount of resources used (material, labor, financial);
- the amount of resources used should be presented in monetary terms to ensure the commensuration of various resources;
- the concept of costs must necessarily correlate with specific goals and objectives (production, etc.). [7]
Organization of accounting for production costs and costing is based on the following principles: invariability of the adopted methodology for accounting for production costs and calculating the cost of products throughout the year; completeness of reflection in the accounting of all business transactions; correct assignment of expenses and incomes to accounting periods; differentiation in accounting for current production costs and capital investments; regulation of the composition of production costs; compliance of the actual indicators of the production cost with the normative and planned ones.
One of the main conditions for obtaining reliable information on the cost of production is a clear definition of the composition of production costs
