This program is designed for people with vision problems.
It is a Flash animation in which users are invited to undergo eye training. It begins with gymnastics according to the M.S. Norbekov, and ends with a look at special SIRDS illustrations, which, at first glance, are an absolutely chaotic set of points and lines. In all this jumble, it is necessary to see a three-dimensional image. As long as you peer this way and that into the monitor screen, your eyes receive the necessary hardening. As for gymnastics, everything is simpler there: first you need to blink at the sound signal, trying to get in time with the animated eye, then alternately close your eyes and open your eyes wide.
Repetition of the exercises only two or three times a day can, according to the developers, not only stop the deterioration of vision, but even improve it.
