I did everything about instructions, including additional ones from the seller, when communicating in the mail. The keys don't work. The 1st lets you in until confirmation by phone, but does not pass the test (driven in 2 times). The remaining 2 backup keys simply do not pass the test immediately, in the first window.
From the positive: the seller instantly answers the mail. He offered and returned the funds.
From the negative: a waste of time, the activation issue has not been resolved :(
