The game could not be loaded directly from the library due to some error. Probably because some STUPID DEER is playing online. But the problem was solved in an unexpected way: in the taskbar in online mode, right-click on the Steam icon and select the game in the pop-up list and click on install. After downloading, we switch to offline mode in Steam, and without any additional Guard confirmations, we simply start playing by clicking on the game icon on the main table.
