Lighthouse is an amazingly accurate and reliable support and resistance indicator.
It displays the most important trading levels and draws them according to their relevance.
If the level is clearly broken, it changes its role and color. Support becomes resistance and vice versa.

General Settings
- Analysis mode: choose from three different scan modes (intraday, medium and high time frames) or use the default automatic setting.
The automatic mode adjusts the analysis mode used based on the chart's base timeframe.
- Sensitive mode: Sensitive mode detects more support and resistance levels. We recommend using it if you are an intraday trader. Set this to false if you want to reduce the number of SR levels that are drawn.
- SR Distance in Pips: This variable value is the basis for the built-in check for distance to support and resistance levels. It measures the distance between the current price and the next Beacon levels.
The minimum recommended default value is 5 pips. If the current price is closer than 5 pips to the next support or resistance level, you will see a "WAIT" condition.
If the distance between the current price and the next level of support or resistance is more than 5 pips, you will see "GO".
The SR distance value in pips can be adjusted. Therefore, please fill it with the value that best suits your strategy.
Graphic settings
- Display SR check box: displays the result of the built-in SR level distance check on the left side of the graph. Set to false if you want to hide this checkbox.
- Display Lighthouse levels: this parameter is responsible for all drawn support and resistance levels. If false, the drawn lines are hidden.
- Display Levels in the background: displays all SR levels behind price candles. Set to true if you want to draw them in front.
- Color, Font and Thickness settings: You can change the default values for text boxes and set your own colors for drawn support and resistance levels. Create it the way you like it.
Notification settings
- Enable SR distance warning: set to true and you will get a warning if the price gets close to the next SR level.
- Enable SR switch notification: set to true and you will receive a warning if the SR level changes its role from support to resistance or vice versa.
- Alerts On: You will have several options for alerts and notifications such as audio, email or mobile notifications. False disables all alerts.
- Alerts Message: You will receive an alert message on your MetaTrader 4 platform.
- Alerts Sound: You will receive an audio notification on your MetaTrader 4 platform.
- Alerts EMail: You will receive an email if you have configured the email settings correctly for your email service provider on your MetaTrader 4 platform.
- Alerts Notification: You will receive a notification on your mobile device if you configure the mobile notification settings on your MetaTrader 4 platform.
- Soundfile: enter a sound file name to listen to a separate sound notification. The selected sound file must be installed in the "Sounds" directory of your MetaTrader 4 platform.
