How to trade with FX Trend?
Look for established and powerful trends on higher timeframes, for example:
a D1 trend with a duration of 10 days and a high intensity of at least 85%, which corresponds to a 5-star rating.
This main trend indicates the direction of all further trades on this and all lower time frames.
Harness powerful forces in the market and ride that trend wave until it breaks.
A. If the main trend is BUY
- Place a BUY stop order at the latest high of this trend.
- Set the stop loss of your buy stop order on the BUY trendline
- Watch your stop along the trend line
B. If the direction of this main trend is SELL
- Place a SELL stop at the latest low of this trend.
- Set the stop loss of your sell stop order on the SELL trend line

- FX Trend periods - Number of periods to calculate the trend of all timeframes
- FX Trend deviation - Value for trend line calculation / less = narrower / higher = wider
Display and Graph Settings
- Use EA mode - Set to "true" to disable all graphics and reduce memory consumption.
- Hide FX Trend panel - Set to "true" to disable FX Trend display
- Hide arrows and lines - Set to "true" to only display the FX trend display without any additional graphics.
- Hide activity marker - Set to "true" to hide the white box on the FX trend display.
