Description
Workstation of the sales manager in the corporate system of the enterprise. Accounting for sales of computer equipment.
The accounting of sales of a trading company engaged in the supply of computer equipment is automated: accounting for the receipt and sale of goods.
The system provides the following main functions:
- maintaining reference books of the nomenclature of goods, customers, suppliers and managers;
- registration of the arrival and sale of goods;
- accounting for the availability of goods in stock in quantitative terms, purchase price and sale price, automated correction of the quantity of goods when registering the receipt or sale of goods;
- search by product nomenclature, warehouse, issued invoices, invoices, invoices and applications;
- generating reports on accounting for profit with summing up the results for each group and
across the entire nomenclature;
- formation of documents:
- Purchase Invoice;
- consignment note (consignment note);
- accounts;
- invoice;
- an application for the purchase of goods;
- price list;
- report on the availability of goods in the warehouse;
- reports on income or expense by day;
- logs of invoices, invoices, applications, receipts and invoices.
In the implementation of the program, the tools of the embedded programming language VBA (Visual Basic for Application) are widely used. The dialogue with the user is carried out through screen forms.
The structure of the database provides for keeping records of any goods (i.e. you can keep records of a perfumery and household chemicals store, office supplies, household appliances, etc.).
In the explanatory note to the diploma project, in addition to the main section, there is a section on justifying the economic efficiency of the project and life safety (BZhD). In the design of the system, the tools BPWin and ERWin were used, which is described in detail in the PP.
