7 days to die is a typical example of a hidden talent that for a long time remained in the shadow of its more successful and nimble comrades: DAYZ, Rust and others. For a long time 7 days, square, miserable, unoriginal and buggy looked at his fellows and meticulously looked after features for success, while they collected tons of money on dummy, adjusted the balance, supplemented the content. And now, the sales of the day-zine have already fallen, because the snickering developers stopped making it, the interest in survivors with two pistols and an ax subsided, disappointment came in early access. The heyday begins 7days. A large patch is rolled out on the graphics, the content is balanced and put in order, the recipe system is rethought, skills are being finalized and expanded over the next year, the amount of content is increasing, the developers are adding more and more goodies for the final release of the project. Is he needed? Unlike other games where updates are released every six months and do not contain anything significant, this is really not needed. Moreover, every time I go into the game and look at the version (I advise, by the way, to set the pre-alpha in the settings - it is quite stable) I am waiting for updates. And these updates are very noticeable - it's some kind of pancake Christmas! Perhaps the game lacks implementation in graphics (the picture is very specific), but this is the only drawback that I can highlight. But there are tons of pluses! Here you have a ready-made huge elaborate map and random generation (even more interesting than the finished map, although the generation is still crooked), and an open, completely destructible world, and systems of skills, development, crafting, a large amount of content (loot, weapons, buildings - yes -Yes, you can make many different blocks for building and not walls-floor-ceiling-that's your type of construction), physics of objects, a bunch of additional pribluds in the form of quests-treasures-merchants, transport (one, but what!), a fully interactive world, it's all wrapped up into the built-in customizable (difficulty, loot, private) single / co-op / multiplayer server and without any bugs! Seriously, in more than 100 hours of playing with a friend on the server, there were no crashes. All this for a price three times lower than for similar projects (there is simply no content. You buy early access - the servers are lagging, there are few types of loot, there is almost no construction, an update every six months - all this for an overdose of money), but here the price is like to buy beer after work - while the game surpasses all these projects completely.
